It seems there's more than meets the eye concerning the nationwide infamous crackdown on several Nigerian judges.
A source in the DSS, according to a Premium Times report, has stated part of the reason why its operatives conducted a nationwide sting operation which saw several High Court judges arrested by its fierce looking agents.
The "action was sequel to lack of cooperation by National Judicial Council," the source said.
This includes "refusal by the NJC to allow the affected persons to be questioned by the DSS."
"Investigation started some seven months ago, precisely in April 2016," the person added.
